In the book the help by Stockett there was the character Aibileen. She was a Africain American maid. The way that the author has Aibileen speak is completly different way than the white women . She uses phentic speech when Aibileen speeks in the book. Shes doesnt always have words spell right. She used diffrent word in replace. For example, when she says law. Law is really meant to be lord but the way Stockett has Aibileen speek is different from other characters in the book. Stockett actually writes everybodys dilect diffrently starting with Aibillen not using proper english and not speeling corrctly. Which is because she is a African American and all she does his be a maid. On the other hand for example like Miss.Leefolt she uses proper enhlish and she spells words correctly. This is because she is a white women and she has education .
In my opionion, I think that the author Stockett is being very stereotypical when she writes as a African American and other people that she are not. Although there are not many African Americans that back than did have a education and that didnt become a maid for white women there are some. I think that Stockett should only write about what she expericence or lived though. She had no idea on how the African Americans felt or how they lived in the 1900s. Therefore she should not be write about things and be stereotypical
